What to expect in an appointment?

The initial acupuncture intake will go through a deep history of your complaints. A tongue and pulse analysis will be taken to create a TCM diagnosis. From there, we will create a long-term treatment plan to address your health goals.

are the needles painful?

Very minimal! The needles are about hair-thin. Once the needle passes through the first layer of skin, there is virtually no pain at all!

How long is each session?

The needle retention time varies between 20-45 minutes depending on the needles of the patient.
