What is Craniosacral therapy (CST)?

A gentle yet powerful system that emphasizes the importance of the craniosacral fluid (CSF) movement throughout the entire spine and central nervous system. The practice focuses on regulating the flow of CSF and correcting restrictions from head to spine to promote health and well-being.

What to expect at an appointment?

Patients will generally lie flat on a treatment table. The CST practitioner will apply gentle hand hold positions through the body but especially around the head and spine. The appointment generally is about one hour long. Patients often report feeling relaxed, peaceful, and rejuvenated after each session.
