What is Holistic Counseling?

Holistic Counseling incorporates an integrative approach to identifying and addressing the root causes of one’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges. Some of the methods that Holistic Counseling uses include mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and Pranic Psychotherapy.

What to expect at an appointment?

The visits are conducted via online video calls. Each visit is one hour long. The first visit will establish the foundation for future visits in identifying the root causes to address.
